The reindeer bull Lynet MacBø is a 6-year-old racing reindeer from the Lákkonjárga reindeer grazing district in Finnmark, northern Norway. A racing reindeer is selected because of its special physical and mental abilities. Racing reindeer live separately from the rest of the herd and undergo regular training to participate in official reindeer races.
Lynet MacBø is known as a reindeer who loves to be at the front when he trains with other reindeer, and he can also be quite a lively bull. Now, Team Nils-Jøran and Finnmark Rein have made him Tarjei Bø’s very own racing reindeer.
